The first Saturday of November is the annual conference for the Korean Barun Maek Research Society, which started their first conference in 2012, and was held in Daejeon, South Korea on the afternoon of November 2nd after the publication ceremony for the Korean book.
This year, the conference featured the presentation of cases in which the spiritual manifestation of the Yin-Yang Five Elements were utilized in the study presentations. The first presenter Lee Ha-young announced the remarkable results of recovering her Earth energy. In an effort to reduce suspicion and increase trust by using five other Barun Maek practices, resulting in the reduction of bruising and floaters as symptoms of Earth energy deficiency. Barun Maek Research for body health uses six methodologies to improve health. They are Pulse Management, Heating up the body, Regimen, Exercise, Environment, and Virtuous Conduct(https://barunmaek.org/product/book/).
Floaters are one instance of a well-known incurable symptom. She said that these efforts were helpful not only for one’s physical health, but also for the recovery of one’s relationship with one’s children. In addition, she announced that she had great benefits for peace of mind and harmony after practicing the Falun Dafa exercise of meditation as a mind and body cultivation every day.

Kim Chae-young, the second presenter and our organization’s researcher showed data and photos of her son’s declining visibility due to a lack of Tree energy. This manifested as spots along the meridians of Tree energy. In addition, she shared the process of recovering her son’s visibility by supplementing her Virtuous attitude from the lack of Water energy and Tree energy as a mother with her child every day for 1 hour to 30 minutes.
Another feature of this year’s annual conference was the group discussion with six divisions. In each division, members were actively discussing and sharing the experiences of the application of Barun Maek practice. It was quite successful and gave an opportunity for the members living in different parts of Korea to get to know each other better.

The annual conference also awarded members who have done good work and who have contributed to the development of the organization. Jang Sungja, Park Sumi, and Kim Hyunsook got awards for their good work for this year. Cheon Gyeongsook won an award through her contribution. She has encouraged and introduced her acquaintances to become members of our organization. Also, during Barun Maek’s researchers’ regular visit, she has offered the use of her place for counseling for our southern community in Korea with our senior members, Jeong Hyunjung and Won Myunghae and ensured accommodation for researchers with her benevolence. Attendees congratulated the winners and commented on their impressions that the annual conference was worthy enough to attend although they spent over hours to arrive there.
