Research Project- Organizational Managment
A research project is a systematic process that involves collecting data and analyzing it in order to answer a specific question or solve a problem using Barun Maek methods. In a family setting many minor problems can create disharmony that can build over the years. Identifying energy imbalances and resolving them can be as simple as redecorating or reorganizing the household. Read about some simple solutions to create family harmony and how we have compiled research around this.

What is"Barun Maek Saeng Sheik"
As part of the mission of Barun Maek Research Society we have sought to preserve and research traditional cultural practices of Korea and East Asia.
Central to the research aspect of our mission is to encourage members to conduct their own research projects to display how adhering to a traditional lifestyle using Yin-Yang Five Elements, including diet, will result in many improvements in their life.
Consumption of our unique 'Barun Maek Saeng Sheik’ in place of a meal is a traditional practice, that was used to purify the body in ancient times. The origin of 'Saeng Sheik' began a thousand years ago in the Silla Dynasty as a means to purifying the body, restrain desire, and save time for people who wanted to find the fundamental principles of the universe through meditation and cultivation. Our cultural preservation organization hopes to showcase the traditional value of 'Saeng Sheik' in our research projects along with the principles of Yin Yang Five Elements.
Members who choose to conduct a research project will undergo a period of abstention from common foods and adhere to a 'Saeng Sheik' diet instead of regular meals. 'Saeng Sheik' is made from organic grains and manufactured through a unique process with insight and wisdom of the Yin-Yang Five Elements. The net effect is to see how much diet, both good and bad, play a role in their life with often astonishing results.
