It has been more than 8 years since he began eating Barun Maek Saengsheik starting with 10 grams with yogurt. Junwoo\u2019s mother is a long term member of Barun Maek.<\/p><p>In April of 2023, an ophthalmologist told me that Junwoo&#8217;s regular eye examination was 0.7 right 0.7 left, but he had to be observed, waiting for his eyesight to be better or not to decide to wear glasses. On January 31 of 2024, Junwoo\u2019s eye exam follow-up showed that his left vision is 0.3 and right vision is 0.7. Around that time, Junwoo had frequent styes in his eyes as well. Junwoo and I wanted to do the best to recover his eyesight to avoid wearing glasses. We researched sincerely to find and overcome our shortcomings to maintain eyesight through Barun Maek\u2019s understanding of Yin-Yang Five Elements. His feet are relatively cold when compared to other body parts so he soaked his feet in the hot water for 15 minutes daily for a month. It made his energy calm and he relaxes as well.<\/p><p>What you eat also can affect one\u2019s Energy Balance of Yin-Yang Five Elements. Junwoo and I recalled when Junwoo\u2019s stye began in his eyes. At the time, we frequently ate beef, which is Earth Energy meat so it is opposite Energy to what he needed according to the controlling sequence of Five Elements but Junwoo ate it everyday. Furthermore, meat is Yang Energy food which causes one\u2019s Energy up to the brain more than the body and four extremities so this can result in one\u2019s temper increasing as well. Junwoo\u2019s pulse shows that he needs Yang Energy. On 25th of March, his stye was at maximum size. It was a good chance for his mother to encourage him to increase his Saeng Sheik intake and decrease his meat He increased the amount of Saeng Sheik from 10 to 20 g but the amount has not been increased although he is now 40 kg since it is not that tasty as a snack or meal. He didn&#8217;t even eat properly for about two months before and after when he was notified that his eyesight had deteriorated on January 31 of 2024. According to my explanation, Junwoo increased the intake to 80g for a month from March 25 to April 27 to nourish the 6th Energy as ancient people did, to purify their body and simplify their eating desire. Junwoo hoped his stye was cleaned out. 3 days after increasing the amount of intake, his stye was increased to the maximum size but it started to decrease after that day. The decreasing process took a month. It was not easy to be patient for a nine year old kid so I used Barun Maek Yin Energy herb essence tea as well for a week. I wrote in my report \u201cAfter taking the herb essence, the size of the stye and his tension was much more durable in a day while increasing Saen Sheik intake was necessary for completely clearing out the debris in and around his eyes since the stye came and reoccurred for six months before increasing. decreased, I also started to give Tree Energy meridian massages for Junwoo. It provided a good opportunity for me to encourage Junwoo\u2019s Tree Energy physically and verbally through a benevolent talk. In the meantime, we found many new black spots on his Tree Energy meridian in the following pictures. For the massage process, I recalled how I often showed my temper to Junwoo and cultivated my mind and corrected myself to be educational and benevolent to Junwoo. I realized that my attitude probably was a cause of\u00a0 Junwoo\u2019s lower Tree Energy that contributed to his reduced visibility as Junwoo\u2019s home environment was too tense according to Barun Maek\u2019s understanding of Yin Yang Five Elements.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We started to use woodenware more than metalware such as wooden tables, chairs, spoons and chopsticks and raise water plants. Reading books about great figures in history helps to show a model person for Junwoo to follow as trees look up at the sun and grow to be close to the sun.
