Hence, the ancient Chinese Yin-Yang and Five Elements thought system that had served a long time in East Asia as the standard for insight began to decline. In the 'Barun Maek Research', the Yin-Yang and Five Elements thought system has been applied to daily life as a modern practice, placing importance on the attitude and moral needs of the lost 'cognition'. As a result, we rediscovered the wisdom that made us think integratively about the human body, life, and the universe and brought the traditional system of thought that flourished in East Asia.
